This research project identifies ways that the electrical contracting firm can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its operations through process reengineering and innovative organizational design. This presentation will show how your firm is comprised of a collection of interrelated business processes that all need to support project management. This presentation will also discuss the importance of documenting key processes and how to improve their flow, effectiveness, efficiency, cycle time, and cost.
