Description:
The purpose of this program is to help participants understand how to read and interpret your financial statements. In this program, you will learn: What is a balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow; and definition of the major components of each of these statements. Additionally, the importance of Footnotes, Work in Process Schedules, and Completed Contract Schedule will be discussed.

James F. Weber, CPA is the founding member of Weber.O’Brien Ltd. Jim graduated from
David O’Brien, CPA, joined James Weber as a member of Weber.O’Brien in 1985 specializing in the construction industry. He also leads the Contractor Industry Practice Group of Weber.O’Brien Ltd. Dave frequently speaks at construction industry groups and heads the firm’s contractor services group, which provides accounting, consulting, and tax services to over sixty construction related companies.
