This seminar will feature NECA’s Lake Coulson and Terry Hatch providing a 2009 federal election preview that covers both the Presidential and Congressional races.  In addition to the 2008 election preview, the seminar will offer insight into the legislative agenda of the 111th Congress and our strategy for achieving NECA's legislative priorities. It will include an overview of the issues, our position on those issues, and the approach NECA will take to make itself a more dominate force in an ever-changing legislative environment.
